I finally upgraded to a Kappa top case so I am selling my Saddlemen BR3400EXS bag. It attaches to a sissy bar or straps to the seat. It used for 3 cross country trips. Other than those trips it spent most of its time in the house. It is in great shape. Price is $140 shipped in the lower 48 states.

I recently purchased plugfones for my rides. The sound is great and the noise reduction is rated at 25dB. The quality of sound is great and the wind noise is greatly reduced.

I made the jump to Windows 10 and I like it so far. No more scrolling the screen to see what programs I have installed, just the good old start button and desktop! The browser is a nice upgrade also.

I would consider the connector going bad from the vibrations. It can loosen up the connection causing the problem. Had similar problem with a nexus 7, replaced the USB port in the unit and the problem was solved. Just another point of view on the subject.
