Bike was sold today.

Not yet Richard but I will. I do not have the time to do the distance rides like I use to so looking for something fun for solo rides and not as much distance riding as in the past. I will look at each of the manufactures when their bikes come out in 17 and try something new.

Glad you made it all the way back Jer and DCarver. We pulled out mins after you at about 5:30am too. Was a beautiful ride home watching the sun come up in Central CA. Roads were empty until we hit LA. Thank you Richard for another great year and the effort it took to set this up.

Had a great time and thanks for inviting up the only BMW. Came up 395 and came over the pass on the 108, spent the next day doing the 120 down to 395 and through the park.

I have had my new BMW next to my 2006 FJR wide open and they were very very close at the limit. I think the BMW might have took it by a nose.

Congrats on your new ride. I had no idea the ES was an option again, its the only way I would get one again.

I wish they offered the FJR13AES. I miss my AE and it was great for the twisties.

I bought a pair for Emily and I because of this thread 4 years ago and they are still going strong. I had one speaker go out because it looked like the cord broke and they repaired it free of charge.

I am in and looking forward to it. I am going to do an Ironbutt on the way up and Emily will fly in. I know we will be doing a ride into Banff.

Nice! Let's see what would happen if they come out with an AE in the states for 2014?

I moved over to the GTL and it the one option I wish I could have had on my Beemer. I miss my AE.

Good times and I know Tyler was taking some photos too. There was a funny shot taken of 2 pieces of sugar cane being stuck in Richards exhaust. My only shot was of my new bike and the water pump that just failed!! Err.
