What's the Weather like where YOU are today?

I don't even want to talk about how ****** the weather is. Waiting for a break so I can get in a break in ride on my new dirt bike. On the positive side of things the new Rekluse CORE EXP clutch showed up yesterday so at least I can get that installed today.

    senna/garmin question

Just think what a Luddite like BeemerDons could have done with this thread.

Losing my M/C Racing Virginity - MotoGP or MotoAmerica

Just like the other 50,000 Rossi fans. Did you see the Rossi fans in the stands at Argentina. There is no reason to think it will be any different in Austin. JSNS

    2016 MotoGP on US TV

Isn't that great. I have both Fox Racing and BeIN Sports in my cable package. PVR'ed Race 1 of WSBK and the Supercross on Saturday and then binge watched those two races plus World Super Sport, Race 2 WSBK, Moto 3, Moto 2 and MotoGP. It was a very entertaining day.

We'll get a bookcase to guard your bike for you. That will keep it safe from Andy.

I've used Ron Ayers for online parts before but you should shop around. I was shopping for parts for the new dirt bike and Yamaha Canada jacked the prices up big time this week due to poor exchange rates. The thing is there was not much change between the loonie and the yen but Yamaha is now all...

    senna/garmin question

I would pair the phone to the Garmin that way you get call display (if you have that feature on the phone). Since I ride solo and have never set up a Sena for 2 up I can't answer your other question. You can download the manual for the Garmin by going to the Garmin Support page at this link...

    Tech Day XII

If the forks have never been serviced you should consider replacing the bushings and seals. For a 2005 Gen 1: Upper Bushing (slide 1) - 4SV-23125-10-00 (2 required) Lower Bushing (slide 2) - 4SV-23135-10-00 (2 required) Seat 1 - 4SV-23115-00-00 (2 required) Fork Seal Kit - 4SV-W003B-00-00...

    Tech Day XII

So what you are trying to say is that there is still an outstanding warrant in Michigan with your name on it. I told you not to go riding around naked in Owosso last time but would you listen to me?

Radiohowie is BACK after 2 months gone!

This almost sounds like Woody Allen in Sleeper. Glad to hear that you made it out the other end. I've had some naps lately but a month long nap is a little extreme don't you think. Like BikerGeek said earlier now we can get the forum back to normal and get rid of all this political correctness...

    front fork overhaul

The trick Ray has been using in getting the GenII forks apart is to apply a little heat to the areas where the middle & top bushings are located. Especially the middle bushing since this can be the one that can get jammed up if the bottom bushing doesn't catch the lip of the middle bushing...

I see which way the wind is blowing and go that way.

What's the Weather like where YOU are today?

With 5 foot frost heaved it sounds like Supercross country. Maybe rather than the FJR I should bring ny new WR450FG.

    2016 MotoGP on US TV

I decided to add Bein Sports to my cable package over Videopass because of the WSBK and rallycross coverage along with MotoGP. The picture quality from Qatar was excellent on my big Sony and the coverage was very good. Enjoyed the racing immensely. Watched Supercross from Detroit on Fox Sports...

Sorry guys but I'm out. I have to be west of London, Ontario for a dirt bike event that weekend.

I give, how do you remove the fairing side panels on the 2013?

Why did you bother with the GPS, it's not like you ever pay any attention to it.

    Dirty Bike in a Box

Here's a question for you techie types. Name this part..... I need to order the competition kit tomorrow that will give me the proper ECU and a throttle stop screw that lets the throttle open more than 1/4 open at the throttle body.

Take the Bus to Tim Horton's

No, No, No. Half-past-eight is when the pubs have last call in Merry Old England. I'm surprised you Limeys even know that there is a midnight since you're all in bed by 10pm.

    Dirty Bike in a Box

Absolutely I am going to put a Rekluse clutch in the bike. Other mods will include an Enduro Engineering aluminum skid plate, Scott rear rotor guard, Tubliss tires, Acrebis front rotor protector, Garmin Montana GPS mount, Podium Graphix kit and some other bling. I'm also thinking of adding a...
