    Garmin Basecamp Routing Issue

Having lost the last 20 minutes of my life going through this thread I find that BeemerDons was correct. Garmin is the source of all evil.

What did you do to your FJR today?

I was all gung-ho to do some work on the bike today. I opened the garage door and did a calculation in my head about how much time it was going to take to move enough stuff to work on the bike. I then got depressed, closed the garage door and went back to bed.

WNY Tech Day III, Saturday June 4, 2016

Please bring yours. I may still show up for Friday evening and part of Saturday but then I'm outa there. Is there designated parking for Toyotas. I know it will be closer than the BMW parking.

WNY Tech Day III, Saturday June 4, 2016

^^^ The best tool for flushing clutch and brake lines is a MityVac. It just so happens I have one and I'll figure out a way to get it to you people even if I have to drive ride to Buffalo on Friday but I'll have to leave Saturday. My presence is required elsewhere bright and early Sunday...

    Tech Day XII

A few more photos from Tech Day. Joe stayed away from the moonshine this time and got some wiring done on Big Blue. Meanwhile Tim was doing some wiring on Crumpadump's bike.... We had the Canadian flag waving on the flagpost beside the plastic Chevy Biscayne.... Some more FJR's. Most...

Well you rode her hard and put her away wet. What do you think was going to happen. Next time you have the DRZ out in the dirt I would not be surprised if she bucks you off onto your head. Rolled into Beautiful Downtown Bowmanville slightly before 18:30. I had an all news Torontard radio...

    Tech Day XII

Timmy's bike was interesting. The pressure relief valve on the fuel rail appeared to be defective. Wayne made a 3 hour round trip back to his place to bring back a complete throttle body assembly that he had salvaged from Darth Vader. We swapped out the fuel rail and injectors but when we fired...

    Tech Day XII

We had just completed the correct assembly of Wayne's forks when Timmy arrived. We had asked those people doing valve checks to try and make it Friday night to give the bikes a chance to cool down before the actual Tech Day. We started the disassembly as more hooligans starting arriving for the...

    Tech Day XII

The helos were flying overhead as we rolled into the Bust's abode.... Bust had been busy arming up to repel the Great White North Liberation Army..... Wayne rolled in with a set of forks off his DRZ. It seems that when you put the seals in upside down the forks tend to pump the fork oil...

I'll just be there to drink beer & rye whiskey, sometimes at the same time. It's called a boilermaker.

    Sometimes My Polishness Sneaks Out

You guys............. I'm blaming that one on my computer that must have been put together by some Polak. Stupid auto correct. It must be the computer because I know I don't make mistakes. I swear while this job drove me to drink, there was no Forty Creek Whiskey or Manantler IPA involved...

    Sometimes My Polishness Sneaks Out

So I'm installing a new Rekluse Core 3.0 EXP auto clutch in my new WR450F dirt bike. I pull the old clutch plates out as per the instructions and remove what they call the throw out washer to get access to the inner basket that gets replaced with the rekluse unit. All that goes fine and I have...

    CFR 2016 Registration is Open

The weather forecast has finally changed for the better and I can now at least think about getting a scouting ride in to check out some of the fun roads around Calabogie and Oopah.

    (In)Tech day IV Rescheduled May 20, 21 2016

This is why I retired but then other **** keeps getting in the way of me spending quality time with the FJR. This dirt bike scoring gig I got myself into is turning into a full time job. At least it is helping to pay down the bar tab. At least the warm weather is finally on the way.

Wrong answer, the correct reply is: "If you don't stop driven' that Hot Rod Lincoln".

    2016 SEOR Details

I'm going to have to bail on SEO this time. I have to be in London, Ontario early Sunday for a dirt bike event on that weekend. With all the scoring equipment I take to the races the logistics was just getting too complicated and I just would not enjoy the weekend thinking about all the stuff I...
