My 2 cents. I went from an older Schuberth (think it was a C2) to an N102, I now have 2 N102s. IMHO the Nolan is maybe 5-10% louder but I use earplugs & listen to XM. The Schuberth was a lot narrower & I had to do major cutting to fit speakers in it & was never 100% comfortable for me with...

It doesn't get cold enough here to worry about (low 30's at the VERY coldest) and riding in the rain doesn't bother me but I'll cage it in the rain because my commute is too short. I've got a 9 mile commute and if it's raining hard it isn't worth the trouble to **** around with rain gear each way.
