My ABS light is flashing and I have no break lights. Have any of you with a Gen III bike had this situation? I tried to remove the bulbs but the wires are so short I could not pull the circuit out to change the bulbs. How do you get the bulbs out of this bike?

Welcome from Kalifornia. My riding buddy had a cobalt blue Gen II and loved it. It was stolen and now rides a very fast 2014 red one like mine. Enjoy your new bike, ride safe and take it out west where we have some interesting roads to exploore.

Today the dealer completed my valve check and reported no adjustments needed. Very happy to get this news. This may be the last check before I check out riding.

Going to have my 3rd valve clearance check done this coming Wednesday. No adjustments needed so far. With some luck it will pass this time as well. The bike 2014ES has 56K miles. I'm curious to know it you think valve adjustments have relationship to riding habits? I realize this may be affected...

Yesterday while riding the ES Suspension light came on and remains on. According to the owners manual this may be a connector issue and should take to dealer for remedy. Have any of you ES owners had this issue? If yes, what was the issue and how was it resolved? Thanks.

Today the electronic suspension warning light come on. The owners manual says see your Yamaha dealer to check the wiring connections. Nothing has been done to the bike that would have interrupted connectors. Have any of you ES owners had this issue and if yes, what was the remedy? Thanks.

If you want to eliminate wind noise you need to get a taller screen. I replaced my stock screen with a CalSci tall screen. I can adjust it to whatever height is needs to eliminate the noise and turbulence.

I used E6000 as well and 7 years later they are still on the bags.
