Sorry, but with my shift work I have Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday off. Hopefully my schedule might be changing and I would be able to have a weekend day to plan rides. Besides this what sick days are for.

This week has been horrible with these 100 plus degree days, but next week is looking cooler. Thinking about doing a ride to Bodega Bay for lunch on Tuesday 5/27 if anyone is interested.

Yes, the road is open and I have to agree with SacramentoMike it was FANTASTIC! We only saw two cars on the road and that was as we got into Quincy. I can't wait to head up there again.

I did a trip out that way couple of years ago and based myself in Kanab. I was able to hit Bryce and Zion in the same day, then rode to Las Vegas to pick up my wife. Just fyi I didn't do any hiking, just rode through the parks and stopped for pictures. She flew into Las Vegas and I picked her...

The first Nor Cal FJR ride is in the books. Sacramento to Quincy by way of Quincy-La Porte Road with lunch in Quincy. Then headed back home by highway 70. We had great weather and roads. Hope I didn't slow you down to much Mike. By the way, how did you like your dirt road excursion?

How does Chevron at 2700 Del Paso right off of Highway 5. 8:45 meet up kickstand up by 9.

We will be riding two up.

The wife and I are in for couple weeks on the bike. Make this event and then on to Spearfish.
