I am the same size as you and if I were in the market for a “sport bike” I would be looking at something like the GSX-S1000, a slightly detuned version of a GSXR-1000 (which is track bike with lights) that is made for real world riding with high handlebars and a humane siting position.

For the exhaust camshaft caps start with E2, then E3, E1, finally E. Same order for Intake caps. While the FJR service manual is silent on the order, my C14 service manual is very specific and I would think the order would be the same. Be sure to tighten all 4 caps in stages.

I think the internal parts that you probably would want to swap are interchangeable. I moved the the cartridges (with GP Suspension damping valves) and springs from my 05 to a 08. It was a straight swap that didn’t require any modifications.
