They were just dirty. I don't think the powder coat could be more perfectly done. I think it is most likely the fluid they put on the tires sometimes when they are putting them back on the rim and the person didn't wipe it down good. Thanks for point it out.

Well, you are actually doing it the smart way. I think this is the 2nd time in my life that I have bought a new vehicle. Told my wife I wanted to get something that I only owned. Thankfully she was all for it. Just got my top case today after 2 months of waiting and it was damaged 😫
