Some of you need to get your terms right. Bleed means to get all the air out. Flush means to swap fresh for old fluid.

AFTER you flush and activate ABS to flush the old fluid out of the module, you need to flush AGAIN because you just contaminated the new stuff. Not so critical if it's done on a regular schedule, but if the fluid was particularly old or bad, absolutely necessary.

Because the 20s models can connect to twice as many bluetooth units. If you aren't using mesh, the 20s is the better unit. There is no automatic, it's ONLY manually switching.

It's really simple - if your entire riding group is using 30ks, you are golden. Otherwise you are better off with the 20s. The bluetooth side of the 30k is the exact same tech as the 20s, along with it's problems. SENA is aware of them but so far has not updated the 30k firmware to correct...

Yes there are differences in the padding and material for the 2013+ Gen III seats. Same pan, but I couldn't stand it for more than an hour without pain. I never had a problem on my GenII (both bought new).

I used to go through cables until I only used Apple cables - so far so good on this last one going on 3 years. Bear in mind no wireless pad is waterproof.

Also make sure your shiftter peg is adjusted in the middle of it's range not to the lower extreme.

Sounds like yours has some damage. Mine is crystal clear, I clean it with warm water and Plexus. I never even notice it's there.
