Thanks for the pics, reminds me of my ride through there in Sept 08 although I do not recall any snow. I guess I have to start saving soon for my next USA odyssey.

After taking a year to decide if a Day-Long seat was worth it I finally ordered one and it arrived today. Alas two weeks ago I threw the bike down the road and I'm still waiting for the insurers to authorise the repairs so I can't go out for a ride. Am I frustrated or what? But it looks good...

Watching it live on Eurosport - for the entire 24 hours! I'll probably see more on TV than when I've been to the circuit as a lot of time is spent in the bars. The Group C legends race was good, great to see Porsche 956 and 962's again

I ordered mine last week with a production date of June 16. I should receive it back in the UK at the beginning of July so you should be ok for Taos. I will be contacting Rifle shortly about a new screen.

My son and his girlfriend are on holiday in California, I'm just hoping the situation improves by Friday so they can get home ok. In the meantime I've been shuttling between the UK, Rome and Barcelona getting some of our employees home.

I'll be visiting Scotland in June and Romania in August but I'm beginning to make tentative plans for 2012. Either New Zealand in February (not sure I can bear 24 hours on a plane) or another tour in the USA in August/September. Lots of money to be saved in the meantime
