I agree with what RaYzerman is saying. If the ears could be made in such a way that they do not attach to the center part of the stay, but rather attach somewhere else, then replacing just the ears would be a much simpler task. That's my 2 cents ;-)

Wow!!!! I just noticed this RR. I didn't know you guys had this planned. The pictures and the narrative was amazing! So happy for you two and a bit envious. Jim and I have always wanted to go to Banff and your report has shown us so much more. Thanks for taking the time to share this!

Fred, I have always had Arai helmets which had that 1/8 - 1/4 space you describe. I was a little annoyed at first about the Neotec when I first got it (with regards to this), but I put the pin lock in, and have never had a problem with fogging. This is the best, nicest helmet I have ever had...

I have 4 things hooked up: iPhone 4s Garmin GPS 590 Valentine 1 Radar Detector's Audio Output And a Sony MP3 player Hence the title of the post. The last thing I hooked up was the Radar detector.
