Bill, ------ Is that for her? It looks like something you might like ;-)
Anyway, I'm just watching this thread. Jim and I would like to join in on the dirty fun :-0
I agree...... really nice upgrades!
I'll have to stick with my red one for a while more (like 10 years). Like Tanker said, it should be even more refined by then - lol
I'm impressed how Yamaha made a near perfect bike even better :-)
Hahahahahaaaaaa......
........................made you look
I keep looking for the new line-up for 2016 and I don't see one for the FJR. I don't even know why I keep looking because I already have the best one :-)
Oh wow. This is not a ride report that I wanted to hear :-(. So sorry about your friend. That really sucks. It sounds like he is recovering but has a way to go. Thank God he's alive and actually sitting up already. Prayers and thoughts go out him and his family and you as well.
Jim and Iris
I didn't care so much for Cumberland either. I didn't think the riding there was as good as any of the other venues. We ended up (on several occasions) either on the side of a hill with dirt roads or at the end of a dirt road in someone's dead-end driveway.
Lewisburg has got my vote. Why look...
Jim (aka ZOOOMM AGAIN) and I are now home.
We left the hotel Sunday morning @ 7:45am. We were rushing to get ahead of the rain. We ran into tons of fog through northern WV and PA as we headed north. We stopped in Lock Haven PA and ate dinner at the Hangar 9 (thanks KJ for the suggestion)...
Jim and I are still traveling (it's Monday about noon time). We stopped to grab a bite to eat and read the unfortunate, awful news about Steve.
He and his family are in our thoughts and prayers.
We spent a good amount of time with Steve and genuinely enjoyed his company at the EOM.
We'll post...
