it's a racket. over 50kmh over is about 1000$. When suspended, you can take a "course" which reduces the sentence. I just went to the 2 day course as I got a 60 day suspension. Course costs around 240$ and you need to take off 2 days to do it. And pass a test with crap english. You are allowed...
