My mom used a cheepy $30 dehydrator for years and made some of the best jerky I ever had. Worked fine and she'd make lbs. at a time. Don't know what the recipe was but it was good!

I ride my DR 650 almost exclusively all summer so my FJR sits for months sometime. The DR 'dirt bike' bars are very comfortable and when I switch back to the FJR when the weather gets colder, I pretty much hate the bars for a couple weeks until I re-adapt to them. And that is with an MV riser...

ESPECIALLY doomed if you add a fuze block! You will start to hear voices when you are near the bike beckoning you to fill all those circuits with electrical things that you never thought you needed!

I have Q3's on my SV650 track bike for track days and can run at 90% of race pace I used to run on slicks. I really like them for track days but have no idea how long they'd last as every day street tires.
