Common bolt size, nothing special. Same bolt and length ( I think) as the upper adjustor for the backrest. Take the backrest to a hardware store, you should find it there.

Does the engine shut down immediately when the tank is lowered or does it take a minute or so? Possible pinched vent line?

What did they do to repair the brightness level?
