If you look carefully, you could find one along the highway. ;) Seriously, the fasteners fall out and so goes the lock. To prevent that, use locktite and torque down the fasteners using a special star tool thingy at Harbor Freight. I think I paid $10 for a set of them.

I'd suggest holding out for OEM Yamaha. Be patient, especially if you get outbid. I looked for 6 mos. and won with a bid of $193.50! No joke.
