how to plug a tire using sticky string?

At the risk of sounding like an idiot-- Fire away at me! I have a hole in my tire which I am going to plug with a sticky string, but I've never done it myself. Is there any link to pictures someone could send me? As I recall, I need to ream the hole bigger, then install the sticky string, but...

    Yamaha Super Tenere 1200

I like the bike simply because I'm 6'5", and like the thought of lets of legroom, with a high torque engine. Truthfully, I would probably not take it off road at all, but it is nice to know you can. PLUS, Yamaha's shaft drives are proven durable (unlike the BMWs of late). That being said, I'm...

    Harley-Davidson Seeks Bank Bailout Funds

He got almost what he paid for it- but did he include the 5,000 in accessories that almost all HD riders add? My friend sold Harleys for a while, and he said people would trade in bikes, and be happy with 80% of their bikes cost when new, not considering the cost for all the pipes, chrome,etc...

    Electrical ?

I've posted to this effect previously. I bought Synergy heated jacket liner and gloves last fall, and had to return both controllers. I finally gave up and returned the products. I have some of their motorcycle clothing, and really like it. I think that their heated gear doesn't have the...

Possible group buy for heated clothing.

I, too had problems with the thermostats. I had two go bad within 6 weeks, so I returned both my gloves and liner. Personally, I would not stay in the group buy if it is w/ Tourmaster. They make other great products, but living in PA and trying to ride til the snow flies, I need them to work.

Do all the auto part stores have air caps with rubber seals? Sounds like a good idea for extra protection.
