Nice! I did that once. (LA to Palm Springs) Also, I did Megabus once. (LA to Vegas) And Amtrak once (LA to Victorville) All were pretty close trips, but would have worked for longer trips also. :)

Nice! Haha! I'd love to. I'm a little "inundated" with bikes at the moment, believe it or not. We'll, 3, but that's a lot for me. If it hangs around a while I might be a buyer eventually, but that would be a while, and based on the looks of things it will be looooong gone. :D

Dang. Glad you're ok! It seems like most folks I've read about that have hit deer have mostly walked away unharmed. Not so true for the bikes, I guess. At least those can be replaced.

Nice! I'm envious of that Colorado riding. Can't wait to go back. You guys have it about as good as it gets...well, between about May and October anyway. :D
