Hey, with Fairlaner's help I lifted my tank and took the dash apart to get to my battery yesterday to install my Gerbings pigtail and battery tender harness so I COULD ride in 32 degrees and wind in Fort Worth today....8-) If I wasn't such an accountant I could think about adding a fuse block...

Requesting help from a 2013 owner in removing front cowling shown on page 7-10 of the owners manual in order to remove "panel A" to get at the battery. I've removed the headlight adjust knobs, all bolts and quick fasteners for this cowling, but can't determine where to push/pull to remove it...

Actually very little pull on the grab rail. Really just balancing myself. My weight on the center stand pops it right up. I'm sure my grab rail force is no more than the wife's hand will be in a nice turn.....8-) Exactly. Rode a couple used FJRs and thought "****". They weren't easy...
