Sweet ride! Back in my younger days I owned an early 70's Pursang. Well constructed and scary fast (when it ran). I owned a 125 Rickman as well.

Dang, it didn't work that well. Seemed to resonate at certain motor rpm's making for some fairly psychedelic video. The postman brought me a ram mount setup yesterday. We'll see how that works.

Scala Rider Teamset here too. Vox sensitivity could be better but at least it isn't turning on for no good reason. Battery life is excellent. I've used it for short range (30~50 yds) bike to bike.

Same here. I did tether it to my tankbag though. When I went with a larger tankbag I had to go with the ram mount.

Another rule of thumb: don't start it unless you're gonna ride it. "I'll start her up so the battery can charge". Bad idea. Stationary idling to operating temp + the subsequent cooling can produce mucho condensation. You have to heat/circulate the oil for a significant period to boil the H2O out...

Back in my youth I owned a couple of street smokers, a '67 Bridgestone 175 and a '69 Kaw H1. The Bridgestone was the better of the two.
