OK...You can call me "stupid" if you like but I just bin to the "Throttlemeister" site & nowhere does it tell me what the F@#* they do. Are they just "bling" or do they perform a technical function?

Excuse my ignorance in these matters but I'm new to this game. :unsure: What's a Throttlemeister? Is it some type of throttle lock for cruising? How does it work & what's it cost? :confusedsmiley:
