Don't forget,the Co settings mode works only at idle and at about 1500rpms.Above that range hasn't any effect.It works only around the idle rpms!The only reason for that mode that mama Yamaha offered to the European and Australian models,is due to the strict European and Australian Co emissions...

Perhaps the more weight in combination with rough roads,bumbs,potholes,caused the crack..

Did you overloaded the top box?What caused the crack on the subframe?

The problem is inside the Abs unit.."Stucked valves inside"Caused if you don't change the fluid every two years AND if you don't activate the system by yourself on a slippery road often.Will never see the Abs light on and will never see an error code..Repairable with lifetime warranty here...

Don't worry much about the sync.. 🙂 It works only at idle😉It smooths out the idle.Since you opened the throttle and above 1500 rpms around has no any effect!😉🙂

Did you bought and installed a used one abs pump unit?

I had a good luck with that freeze spray on some cases.Heat didn't helped much.Anyway...He could try both heat and if doesn't help,then with the freeze spray..

The heat at that area will worse the things due to the expansion.The metal there will need contraction to remove the pins.A like this freeze spray will do the job i believe...

Firstly clean the area well and have a look around there from where this liquid comes 😉🙂Also it is easy to comfirm what liquid is,coolant or oil...
