The part of the fairing you need to cut out is the same for 03-05. My 03 is wearing 05 lowers at the moment and bolt right up to the 03 uppers. The sliders installed without a hitch. I have tested the R&G sliders. I personally believe I can still walk because of them. I posted about this...
