A Harley dealer in Greeley, CO, did a great job of getting me in and out fast when I was passing through. Kudos to that shop.

I've been assuming so. The riders are definitely going to Yaak. The Dirty Shame was a bonus in the GBU rally.

Like everything in life, it's a compromise. If you're completely 100% comfortable on a car tire then it's a no-brainer. Run one. If something bothers you about it, you might feel that little "bother" hundreds or thousands of times during the 11 days as you ride down the road. That adds up. As a...

What a tough decision it must have been. But I'm sure it was the right one. We all look forward to seeing you in the next one.

Yeah what do you expect from those know it all tire engineers? Just a bunch of so-called "facts" that are really just fake news. Isn't Michelin owned by China?

**** yeah! I am done with car tires, after unexpectedly replacing mine with a motorcycle tire and then riding some curvy roads. That was a stroke of good fortune. Nothing will ruin the handling of a bike like a car tire. People who say they never noticed a difference when they went darkside...

Delete the Team Strange, there was not a dry eye in the house, period. I was telling my wife about the banquet and when I got to that part it happened again. Damn, there is a lot of love for Peter and Paula. Thanks for the great pics.

This right here. I don't know how he's going to make it. We'll find out at the first checkpoint. Who knows, maybe he's sandbagging and is actually an English professor. :)

I know you're all going through withdrawal with the completion of the Iron Butt Rally. I know you're thinking - wow - that rally game sure looks fun. I want to try it, but I'm not sure about 11 days. Here's your answer - an 8 hour rally. It works a lot like the IBR - earn points for visiting...

As usual, Brian R nails it with common sense. No whining, you pays your money and you takes your chances. Anybody yelling ******** from the sideline is not getting it. The rule in rallying is, If you can't find the bonus, prove you were nearby, and we'll sort it out at scoring. If everyone else...

That's the way I read it. As it was, the margin of victory was 161 points, or .0015, which rounds up to two tenths of one percent. That's got to be the closest finish in history.

I'm so proud of Eric! He's the man!!! We all knew it, and finally he did it. Also proud of all the other finishers. Many amazing efforts were on display. Congratulations to all. Excellent rally this year. Dare I say it -- Best IBR Ever!

Of course, Twigg himself is home in OK. Someone else in ABQ would have to ride his bike. That bike has more riders than a Nevada hooker.
