Due to recent gas price hikes I elect to ride my FJR to work daily. I cover my bike after it has cooled down with a motorcycle cover I purchased from Target. ($29) When I get on my bike at the end of the work day the temp reads 122+. The bike starts and runs fine, however, the Yama decals have...

I could have sworn that after riding in the 100+ temps in Bama, opening the "vents" made it cooler. I now have them closed for the winter.. Like others say, it's a never ending debate.. :blink:

I never got a chance to meet Andrew, but after seeing the outpouring of affection from this forum tells me he was a well liked guy. I'm certain he will be missed. RIP... :(
