    Mysterious Clear Adhesive Strips in New '07

    Same here for my 05. the dealer ordered me a new set which I applied myself. On my 07, same thing but the dealer can't seem to get them. Now I know it wasn't Yamaha that installed them with the prints on the underside! :glare:

    Altitude surging on 07 fix

    I wasn't able to keep the problem at bay. Nothing seemed to help when I experienced this. I didn't shut the bike off though, I had to cut the ride short. I don't think I'll go to the mountains until it's fixed but if I do I'll try it. It did go away going to a lower altitude though. -Rick
