Mine wouldn't reset either, so my dealership told Yamaha they wanted a replacement ECU, and Yamaha sent it.. Been CEL free since.. Not sure why everyone is waiting for a fix when they just sent a replacement?

My dealership just ordered another box, and swapped it out. Been 2 weeks and no cel yet...

It appears I'm not the only one now with this problem, there was another customer that came in with a Cel. I'm located in the east coast of Massachusetts. The dealership says they are in communication with Yamaha.. Meanwhile, I'm still riding around with my cel still on...

Not for nothing, but my dealer was able to pull the code, just couldn't clear the Cel. They swapped out a box from another FJ, and no codes were thrown.. So they are ordering me a new box..

Got same issue... never left the lot, and it threw a CEL... pointing to the kickstand switch.. The dealership tried to clear it with no joy.. Will be anxiously waiting for the fix...
