Just throwing this out there, more of a question than a suggestion... would drilling and tapping a hole for a larger threaded diameter (not longer) plug work?

There's actually a guy on the other forum who is trying to sell his stock bags so he can buy these. He originally wanted to trade but I already have stock bags. I didn't think of selling them on a Tracer forum. Good idea. I just hate to sign up only to sell something and be done with them.

"I gained about 3 inches up and 3 inches back" I think you've underestimated. The Helibar alone is 1 up and 3 back. Add that Rox riser and those tubular bars and I'd say you're more like 4 up and 5-6 back.

The OP wasn't specific if it was the spacers in the front or rear. Either one would create so much scraping noise from pad on rotors that I imagine would have been very noticeable.

Took what? The whole bike or just the wheels? The tires may be rotating in the correct direction but are they mounted on the rim in the correct direction? Post some pics up close of the ABS plates and sensors. This issue would have nothing to do with the bearings or spacers. If that was the...

How about the sensor in the rear? That ABS plate has to be aligned right also.

My money is on the ABS sensor also, it's probably just dangling. Also did you use anything magnetic near the sensor ring?

It's an attempt to get the tree huggers to like motorcycles. Manufacturers like to get their fingers into all the demographics even if all don't want it. Why do you think Harley made the V-Rod? So sport/performance guys would buy one so they could say they ride a Harley too.

One easy fairly cheap thing to try is pick up a bottle of Yamaha Ring Free. You might have a ring that's "stuck" and not sealing against the cylinder wall correctly. This might help...
