Parts For Sale ST2 Self Canceling TurnSignal Module. NIB $90

👍 similarly, I made a Plug and Play harness for my ‘06 too. I am not aware of any plug and play signal canceling device or circuitry that is made specifically for the FJR’s wiring (other than remembering to turn the signal off yourself).

Parts For Sale ST2 Self Canceling TurnSignal Module. NIB $90

Michael, the ST2 units and wiring are universal. Not bike-specific as far as I know. I installed one on my ‘06, and bought one for my friend who rides an Africa Twin. $90 is not a bad price for a new unit.

    Throttlemeister O-Rings

I guess I misunderstood which O-Ring the inquiry was about. Sorry for the confusion. I bought a used set of TM’s from a forum member and all O-rings on them were deformed from a previous installation, so they needed to be replaced. Internally the TM uses two o-ring sizes that fit on the posts...

    Throttlemeister O-Rings

I used a good quality rubber garden hose gasket. It was a perfect fit, works like a charm.

    Stop&Go Emergency Tire Repair.

@torch Glad you made it home safe with the mushroom plug in your tire. I used to carry the same kit until I saw this video. So, I switched to bacon strips, and I am glad I did. I had to patch my rear tire with one, and had no issues afterwards. The tire was at the last quarter of its life, so I...

    Physics of Cornering...and Recovering

Same here. I took a class from Lee Parks (in 2004?), and that course gave me a lot more confidence. Highly recommend it.

    Physics of Cornering...and Recovering

Hi Mayor! There are many videos that demonstrate cornering techniques. I like MotoJitsu’s videos on tis topic, as they make sense to me:

    Hi Everyone

Welcome from So. Cal! Your bike is in beautiful shape! Enjoy riding it. I also ride a 2006 with low miles on it. You might want to check if the recalls were done on your bike. There were a couple of them; ignition key, ground spider, and a service bulletin for the ECU altitude sickness issue...

    temp gauge normal???

I have an '06 also, and from what you describe the bike works as expected. At 7 bars the fans kick in to help cool the bike when there isn't enough air flow to do it by itself. At higher ambient temperatures the bike will reach 7 bars even quicker, but as long as the fans come on and cool the...

Has anyone else here ever added a suspending pin to their MC Enterprises Canyon Cages to ease front end maintenance?

What about using the bottom of the cages wrapped in shop towels and place jack stands under them? Lift the bike temporarily from under the headers with a hydraulic jack positioned in an angle from the front, then slip the jack stands under the bottom of the cages. I too, built a black pipe...

    New ‘24 FJR owner

@njdevils1990 congratulations on your new ride, and welcome to the forum! Be sure that all panel fasteners are in place when you pick up your bike - I see a couple of them missing on the left side, and the left headlight adjustment knob is missing too!

    FJR Aux Lights

I included a link to the coupling nuts on Amazon in my post above. They are ‘tubes’ that are hexagonal on the outside and are threaded all the way through.

    FJR Aux Lights

Hi @StratTuner , one of my winter projects was adding auxiliary lights to my bike (yellow for increased visibility). I mounted them to my T-Rex engine guards - for now, but I am considering of mounting them higher. That place would be at the mirrors, similar to how you mounted yours, but below...

    Wrist pain after 3 hours

I tried the Cramp Buster, but didn’t like it much because it got in the way. Last year I got this cheap rubber throttle assist thingies from Amazon that I really like - package of 2 for about $10. My hand (which is on the larger side) fits on the grip unobstructed with gloves on. And, when I...
