    The v-max is up 50hp on the FJR,never tried one but I assume it easily out pulls the FJR but doesn't have the legs :) Spent 50+ yrs in Ont but now ride in NB :)

    Fatter Grips

    I also didn't like the thin grips on my 2nd gen,I carefully cut the oem grips off to not damage the heater wires. Simply bought 2 pairs of cheap normal grips and installed throttle side grips on both sides.
