'03 fork rebuild parts list

Stuck at work, and I need to order parts. Does anyone have the fork rebuild parts list for the '03?

Gosh, I don't know if the 2004 FJR is the same as the 03? ...but I speculate it is. If you know that answer then this may help

optional but I always get it:
