06 Adjustments for handlebars and seat

First, how do I adjust the handlebar position? The manual says to have the Yammy dealer do it. Yeah, right.

Second, a question on the seat adjustment. How come it looks like the L position is the high and the H position is the low?

The quick observation makes the gap between the seat and the frame look like about an inch in the L position, and like 1/4 inch when in the H.

Strangeness, indeed. Factory glitch in stamping the plastic?

Jayshaw91 one thing to remember or know about the seat hight ajustment is the fornt of the seat the tougue where it go's into the slot there is a plastic cap over the ajustment hole. For learning sake first remove this cap then ajust the hi / low seat pan and put your seaton & off until you get how it works and after you get it I would make sure you put the cap back on because I think they (yamaha) have the cap there for a heat block. Hope this help's
