So I got the Corbin setup for my 06 and the wife and I did 110 mile ride close to home and I just couldnt get comfy on the seat the wife said she was fine and loved the backrest but Im thinking about selling the drivers seat. I did 251 mile ride two weeks ago on the stocker and felt better than I do now, And I have had 3 corbin seat before ( 1 on an FZ1 and 2 on Roadstars) and they were ok but better than stock.

I have about 7000 miles on my '06 Corbin. It's gone from about a 60 mile saddle to a 200 mile saddle. Comfy is not how I would describe it.

Having said that, I have to admit that I have done over 1100 miles in a day on it, and a couple over 600. It wasn't pretty, but it got the job done.

Still trying to figure out what to do next. It's the vertical challenge that I'm working against, more than the saddle.

Since your wife likes it and you need to make it more comfortable, have you tried a cushion, Wal-Mart beads, etc? I realize that is NOT optimal, but it might be a quick / easy solution if you can find something that works for you.

Shane

For $400 bucks I should not have to put a cushion on top of it, She like hers and I think Im going to just put the stock front back on and leave her Corbin on the rear and sell the front.
