06 windscreen disable

I'm looking to remotely enable/disable my 06 windscreen return with a switch. There are 2 connectors under the dash that go to the windscreen motor. According to the shop manual the 2 wire connector is just a jumper. I think the jumper enables the return. Anyone know where this jumper is located? It looks to be remote from the connector under the dash. Anyone followed this connector to it's other end? The wire colors are black/red and red/black.

Its the white connector on the right. Just reach in with a long skinny screwdriver and separate this connector and it disables the auto return feature of your windshield. You can still raise/lower your windshield with the gray rocker switch on the clutch bracket. Only now the windshield will stay where you left it until you change it yourself, regardless of whether the bike is on or off. See FJRTech for instructions with pix.

On the '03-05, there are 3 different "white connectors". You want to pull the one with the "loop" on it, i.e., the connector has a loop to complete a circuit. Some of us use it as a switched power lead to power the relay for our power bus.
