I ordered a N/Line dash shelve for the FJR yesterday. Not paying attention to what I was doing, I checked out before I added the universal mounting bracket in my cart.

I then ordered the universal mounting bracket separately, fully expecting to pay full S&H charges.

Imagine my surprise when I got an e-mail from Farkle Masters this morning saying they were going to credit the S&H on the bracket back to my credit card. :yahoo:

They would have been well within their rights to ship both items separately and charge me for S&H, but they didn't.

Speaks a lot about their customer service in my book.

I'm a one man show and I do what I can (there is a partner but even he admits he doesn't do anything ).

If I can ever be of any help please don't hesitate to drop me a line.

Never deny a man his right to say no. Right?

I might not be able to offer some of the deals the huge guys can but I keep my margins pretty tight and try to do unto others ya know.
