Ten years ago today I joined the forum, Ten years two days ago I bought the 07 FJR the prettiest one ever.

Well I had planned on a little photo spread but I haven't figured out how to replace Photobucket so all you get is a thanks for letting me part of the craziness!

With only 102,000 mile I guess I should apply for membership in D Carvers CBA.

A lot of first's came from being here;

I went on my first internet date with Dave, George & Greg.

Rode 1,156 mile in 18 Hr's with the Auburn's & BeamerReamer's.

Slept on the ground in the Yukon on July 4th on a trip with George,

I have been to a few functions which usually makes me nervous and meet some pretty nice folks.

And just had a lot of fun traveling with friends and seeing new sites!

And just want to say thanks to the Admins for putting up with us. I doubt it's always fun for them.

And damm that Photobucket anyhow, I really wanted to share the 100,000 mile picture at 100 MPH on Hwy 200. Oh well someone would have lectured me anyhow!

Thanks all Kevin

I remember your maiden FJR trip to NAFO in 2008 and your comment that it was a challenge to change 30 years of bad riding habits....fortunately you were a very fast learner.

Kevin, its people like you, and many others in the PNW that make it a pleasure to keep the tech meets going. The IBR run and trip through the national parks in UTAH was epic.

2010 - that fateful June trip. This trip brought out the very best in people and the forum.

Beautiful ride over Hwy 20.

A very epic trip with great friends, all of whom came together as a result of the FJRForum. Here's to many more trips

Who needs photobucket when you have tech-savvy buds? Great pics from all--and it illustrates what I really love about the forum and the FJR--all those great places, and most of us can share the experience with you, either by recognizing the places from our own travels or from visiting similar great spots all over this beautiful country continent. I came in about when you did, Kevin--just missed WFO in Park City, made it to the first NAFO (but in a rented car. Another story.) It's been a great ride, and like you, hope for many, MANY more miles.

But that oil slick in the river . . . gulp.

Well done and congrats on your first decade of FJR ownership. Keep going. I'm quite certain there's something very cool just around that next curve......

....or maybe the one after that.

Stay thirsty, my friend.
