I can take a different bike to MotoGP and the mileage for the 600 mile service would be down around 1000

Bare minumum would be an oil change. Ten minute job.

I did that with my K12RS. Picked it up on a Saturday and took it in Monday for the first service.

The local Yamaha dealer is booked Waay out.

I could do all the fluids myself.

Fluids are the only critical part IMHO. It's a pretty basic service. Besides fluids, just a TBS and tightening fasteners and inspecting shit.
