'16 and '17 choices

Here in the US, we only have the '16 "A" type offered in blue. Looks like they are not going to offer a '17 bike in the "A" model. Only the "ES" model.

Canada has two color choices on the '16 "A" bike. They also have the option to buy a '17 "A" type.

What's up with Yamaha restricting the US options compared to Canada?

Canada is under 18 inches of snow for 10 months out of each year, so Yamaha has to offer incentives to sell their bikes there.

I don't know this, but if Yamaha is like other foreign manufacturers, then there is a US importer and a Canadian importer, and they're independent of each other. So take it up with the US importer. While you're at it, see if you can find out why they're not bringing us the YCCS model.
