2-stage Rain Liner on the Olympia airglide 5?

My wife likes the looks and reviews of the Olympia Airglide 5. I am skeptical of the over-under 2-stage liner that you can put over or under the jacket. Anybody tried it? We never use any of the liners in our other gear and just use layered clothing and tourmaster rain gear. But it would be nice to not have to pack it on the trips.

It is mostly an Olympia Horizon rain jacket ....... is it better than your Tourmaster, you'd have to look at it......... the hood feature looks useful along with the collar.
