So what is the total count with pillions? 45? Want to make sure I ship plenty of chips and spices for salsa. (Hotel is cool with me shipping most of what I need.)

Also do I have a confirmed blender or am I sending my self one?

You've got to be kidding with those peppers right? I'd have to go to the emergency room if I even sniffed a ghost pepper.

GP :skull:

I think I'm gonna ask housekeeping to leave a fire extinguisher next to the john in my room... for comfort of course. :dribble:
Leftover salsa could be used as degreaser....... :evilsmiley03:
Puta la Maji, even though I've been all the way to Guatemala on a motocicleta: I've only heard about the ghost chile peppers, I've never actually tasted one. To me, they were always like snipe or a Yeti or a local legend, mythical and only seen by the Gods or madmen. Well, as Bustanut joker is always saying, I'll try anything once! Muy Calor y Muy Caliente! Ai, ai!

Well here is your big chance, the "really hot" I have planed might rival Bust's home anus shaving kit. Hair removal with out blades! (Not responsible for burnt undergarments/ pants)

Brother Daniel, I am not sure how we are going to arrange for a blender for you at SW-FOG to make your salsa. Can any of you folks pack along a blender for sin_loki? Donna and I are going to be packed to the gills on this trip on our FJR, Miss Lucy Liu. GalaxyBlue and others suggested we all chip in to buy a blender locally and then donate it to Goodwill after our SW-FOG Event! Any other suggestions???

Don, I like the idea of buying one and donating it afterward. I can swing by Satan's (Wal-Mart) and pick up a cheepo blender on Wednesday if nobody volunteers to bring one. Sin_loki, does it need to be anything special? Will The ghost peppers melt glass?

Good work, pinhead! I have Daniel's personal e-mail, not just PM, so I will alert him to your post. This is probably the easiest solution. No wonder you are Big-D's Boyfriend!!! jes' saying'

NOTE: Just saw that sin_loki is looking at this right now!

Ghost peppers shouldn't melt the glass, didn't do it at home, Latex gloves on the other hand.......... ya it eats that.

I think Papa Chuy is going to stop sampling your salsa around the middle grade Daniel, your "top of the line" salsa is starting to sound like "El Muerte" to me. It really will eat your latex gloves, no fooling? Ai, Caramba! Maybe my ******* Hijo (son) SkooterG will try it, he did kick AZ Beemers' Senor Martin Osete's *** in a hot pepper eating contest here in Chandler two years ago. NOT!!!

Lots of direct contact with any spicy peppers will do that(ghost, Habanero, etc)

middle grade will have at least 1 ghost, with a large ratio to water it down.

[11] Capsaicin is the primary ingredient in the pepper spray used as an irritant weapon.
When consumed, capsaicinoids bind with pain receptors in the mouth and throat that are responsible for sensing heat. Once activated by the capsaicinoids, these receptors send a message to the brain that the person has consumed something hot. The brain responds to the burning sensation by raising the heart rate, increasing perspiration and release of endorphins. A 2008 study[12] reports that capsaicin alters how the body's cells use energy produced by hydrolysis of ATP. In the normal hydrolysis the SERCA protein uses this energy to move calcium ions into the sarcoplasmic reticulum. When capsaicin is present, it alters the conformation of the SERCA, and thus reduces the ion movement; as a result the ATP energy (which would have been used to pump the ions) is instead released as heat.[13]

The "heat" of chili peppers is measured in Scoville heat units (SHU), which is the number of times a chili extract must be diluted in water for it to lose its heat. Bell peppers rank at 0 SHU, New Mexico green chilis at about 1,500 SHU, jalapeños at 3,000–6,000 SHU, and habaneros at 300,000 SHU. The record for the hottest chili pepper was assigned by Guinness World Records to the naga jolokia (from northeastern India), measuring over 1,000,000 SHU. Pure capsaicin, which is a hydrophobic, colorless, odorless, and crystalline-to-waxy solid at room temperature, measures 16,000,000 SHU.

Put me down to pitch-in some to buy a blender and then donate it. Of course we will want to make sure there is no pepper residue, it could prove to be fatal. Pinhead, look for a blender that was designed by NASA that will withstand re-entry.

Naw..... these ***** peppers are for wimps. :diablo: They aren't hot or nutt'in :devilsmiley: :devilsmiley:
