There are several handlebar adapters, which accept any 7/8" (22 mm) handlebars. ABM offers a nice billet adapter, sold in many places. It replaces the top steering crown (triple clamp). You may need re-routing or extensions for cables and hydraulic hoses.

AuburnFJR did a write up on installing a tubular handlebar. I recall it was around 2017. A quick search should help you find the thread.

How far back do you want to go? HeliBars and many riser blocks will bring your stock bars back (and up) 1-2".
