Ouch! That took a hard hit.... the RH side frame rail above the clutch cover is buckled in one of the pics!

Still, the engine could be ok.... would be fun to tear apart.

the weak part of the frame seem to be near the CCT, front welding still ok no cracks

Seeing as the engine is actually a frame member, I am betting that the case is cracked. I certainly wouldn't bet that it would run but transmission (and other bits) might be OK.

Gas tank is crushed from the top down. I've never seen anything like that.

Looks to me like rider rear ended another vehicle. The front fender is scraped up on the top side and the front fairing is non-existent. It's surprising the forks look mostly in tact. I can't explain the tank; maybe it flipped up and the top of the tank crushed against the other vehicle? I hope the guy is OK or at least able to rehabilitate. It doesn't look good, though.
