Want something to do the weekend after SFO? How about riding in the first Southeast Digital Scavenger Hunt?
Following the tradition of the Florida Long Riders DSH the Southeast DSH will offer a 10-hour Motorcycle Rally (2020 will see the addition of a 24hr+ so watch for that next year). After 11 years, the Long Riders DSH had their last event in November last year and I'm happy to be picking up where they left off. I hope to provide fun events in the Southeast for those of us who can't get enough rally riding and story-telling. The plan is to have riders enjoy quality rallies at an affordable fee and any proceeds will go to charity.
The 2019 event basics:
Date: November 2, 2019
Location: Start/End in Valdosta, GA
$40 fee
Registration is now open and will close October 1, 2019 (details on the website)
The rally is from 7am-5pm followed by scoring, dinner, and awards. We feed ourselves (great steakhouse on site) and any proceeds from registration fees this year will go to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
All the details can be found at https://sedigitalrally.com
I generally update there and on the SEDSH Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/sedigitalrally/
The website should answer most questions but reach out if you'd like to know more.
