Correct. The Chinese bike looks like a steal. You could buy a slightly used Japanese bike for the same or less money. You would also have guaranteed reliability and easy access to parts.

John, if you pick up a Wee, check out TKC70s for a more dirt oriented tire. They work well on the street [but a little noisy] and their dirt manners inspire confidence.
