4 years ago today, I traded my M109R for the Feej.  35,000 miles and more farkles than I can easily count later, she's still a joy to ride.

She's taken me from New Orleans to Pickle Lake, through the mountains in New York, Vermont, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, WV, Tennessee and the Carolinas.   Around all of the great lakes and throughout northern Michigan, and around Ontario many, many times.  3 SS1000's  are included in those miles, something that could never have been accomplished on the M109. (Not by me, anyway)

Thanks to all of you who convinced me that this was a good idea.  I look forward to the next 35000 miles.  Hopefully in less than 4 years this time.

Cheers all!  🍻

Nice!!  I put 295,000 km on my '07 before I bought a low-mileage '11 two years ago and sold the '07.

Putting fewer km on it this year due to travel constraints.  Just New Brunswick until July and then the opening the Atlantic bubble allowed a trip to Newfoundland.  No New England rides, of course - hope things are resolved next season although I wouldn't bet on unlimited US travel at least until August or so.

Sweet!  It's been a good ride.  I'm still with my one and only- 2007 purchased brand spankin' new, still in the crate, in Jan 2008.  Last weekend riding with a couple buds I rolled 135,000 miles/217,261 km on it.  I used to go all the time averaging 13-15K miles per year but that's tapered off in the past few as more health problems and time constraints have come about.

Let's toast-- Here's to us!  Many more safe and uneventful miles!!

Excellent! I love this bike too!  I have put about 600,000 miles on 13 different FJRs since August of 2003 when I bought my first brand spanking new 2004.  Lots of great time a long the way!

Always good to see others raving about their positive experience with the FJR's. I'm on my third FJR now a 2014ES. Currently at 50K on this bike. On the other two which were 07's I did 56K total. Over the span of the three bikes never did I have a mechanical issue. No spider bites on the 07's. Brody helped me replace the wiring harness on the second 07 before any issues could affect my riding. Over the past 14 years I converted two of my riding friends from BMW and Suzuki to FJR's.  No regrets. :bike:

Art-And I thank you for converting me. Damn, it has been a fabulous several years of trouble free riding. Not sure my Norton would have made it.
