8000k LED

I have was looking for HID for my truck and came across these. I guess the next generation of LEDs. I seen them from 5500k to 8000k, probably even higher. They suppose to use standard 12v system. Don't know much more.

Problem is that they still don't produce the lumens to meet or exceed a halogen bulb equivalent...let alone an HID.

That is what I saw this morning when I was trying to find reviews on them.

I like the idea of LEDs vs Burning lights, but until they are an improvement, they are just junk.
