Watching the news lastnight (tow nights a go for you buggers) and there's a bit of a heat wave going through the joint? Man I hate it when it gets really hot no fun riding that's for sure...Hope you are contributing to the the global warming and staying cool in front of the Aircon!

And for us northern yanks our property values go up! My house is probably worth a good 5$ more than last week. :lol:

Thug,

Just remember the world is spinning around the sun and your turn is coming next!

Does it really get "cold" down under???

We have been lucky in the midwest as far as temps go. About normal-- up in the low 90Fs (what is that, about 12C?) with some humidity, which is normal for this time of year. Could be worse. At least it drops back about 10 degrees every once in a while. Hottest is yet to come. <_<

My buddy in northern California has had 115F degree (14C?) heat without the humidity. That sucks. :(

My buddy in Canberra is looking at 52F (4C?)for a high and 38F (2C?) for a low-- not bad for riding, I'd say. Too bad he sold his FJR and bought a 4 wheel hi-po cage. :cray:

ZZZZip yes the worm does turn! We have just had floods here coming out of one of the worst dry spells ever (Drought) then 6 months ago some of the biggest bush fires ever recorded and now just last week we had 320 mls (that's 13 to 14 inches, about half the length of mine) of rain fall in a few days! Water water everywhere! We were fine but an ex boss had his house washed away with his shed, couldn't of happen to a nicer (Arsehole) bloke! Ah Karma don't ya just love it?

I just got Home froma month long family vacation (Motorhome/jeep) to Black Hills area of South Dakota. It was only 109 today in Phoenix but It'll warm up before summer is over ! :beach:

Hope to spend a week or so riding around in the mountains after I leave WFO. :good:

zzzzip, to convert C deg to F deg, you subtract 32, divide that by 9 and multiply by 5 and you got F deg.

So, 90F-32=58, that divided by 9 = 6.4, that times 5 = 32.2C deg.

115F = 46C

52F =11.1C

38F =3.3C

Lessen over...you get the idea. :rolleyes:

I believe that I speak for all residents of 29 Palms when I say "Bite me".
Oh, and our houses cost 1/8th as much as yours.
What, no A/C in the double wide? And true, homes cost 1/8 as much in 29 P, but the also resell for 1/8 as much. Hey, don't look now, but someone is trying to, um, car jack your house!

:lol:

Sorry, but I own that. The one-time license fee is $4.95. Unlimited usage fee is by far the most economical way to go. $1500.00 for 12 consecutive months. What a deal! Easily, that could turn into mere fractions of a penny per use!
