Found out George was taking the same two days off as I was (Eye Problems) and we decided to do the Cascade Loop. So here we go!

Picked up George, at 8:00, he looked like the Michelin Man but he wasn't going to get cold!

Not many Pictures headed east on 2 as we were riding into the sun, we did get on the Old Cascade Hy at Money Creek and took it up to SkyKomish.

Stoped at the rest area by the Lk Wenatchee turn off and this old bird was sitting there, with Alaska plates and the front end covered with bugs.

After the rest area we ran down Chumstick Cannon on Chumstick Hwy to Leavenworth.

Stop for coffee and grabed a couple of shots.

Then on down to Wenatchee so we could head north on 97.

Up 97 on the west side, I usually take the east side as I like it better but G wanted to go to Lk Chelan.

So here are a few shots of Lk Entiat, at least I think it's Entiat. I always forget what Dam I passed and what Lk I'm by.

This the entrance to a awesome canyon maybe a mile long that takes you to the base of Ross Lk.

I have been up it twice in my canoe and had the canoe portaged up to Ross, both times were the first

part of October. Autumn up here is beyond words.

I have also taken my family up to the floating resort (ok Cabins) at the same time of year fishing. Good Memory's!

Now if I can get one of these bums to ride the OP with me!! See ya next time.

What ****** country you live in!! LOL

thanks for sharing the pics!

Awesome. Looked like a great ride. What is the OP? I hate not knowing an acronym. I'm also impressed with your camera. I carry an SLR but can't use it riding. Your getting good shots on the fly.

Five or six year old Nikon COOLPIX 3200 for DUMMY'S.

Nicely done report Kevin! What an awesome day with the sun and warm temps everywhere. Found a couple of new twisty roads to explore again and another loop completed. Thanks for the suggestion.

Lake Chelan is where I'm at when I'm not on the bike. When you took that first picture of the Lake you were 3 miles from my cabin. That place is where god said, " I'm done, I can do no better"

Very nice. Just like being there- sort of...
So Barry, when are we getting you out?
