Mine is still on the road and I have had none of the problems you are talking about. they replace the ecu and swithch no cost. never had a problem with clutch plates throttle tube dosnt bother me a bit and my bike starts and runs unlike yours. Guess not riding give you lots of time to look for issues real or not.
